Forms of payment: Mastercard / Visa / American Express through "Shopify Payments” or PayPal.
Production & Shipping
Address
Your order will be shipped to the address provided during the checkout. Please contact lottiedadesigns@gmail.com if you need to change this address within 2 hours of ordering.
Lost Packages
Though rare, packages can be lost in transit from time to time. For international orders, please allow up to eight weeks for delivery. If your order has not arrived within eight weeks of the shipping date, please contact us directly.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds.
Defective & Damaged Items
Every item is inspected and securely packed for shipping. If your order arrives with any damages please contact us with your name, transaction ID, and a description of the problem. We will do everything we can get the issue resolved.
